JHHESA has worked with SANAC and the department of health supporting the prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT) programme. In this regard, JHHESA was the communication and social mobilisation coordinating partner for the DOH/SANAC PMTCT Accelerated Plan which was implemented in 2009.
